Since the article is clearly more predominantly about the person than about the power plant, why has this article been moved? -- Zoe
I am about to do a total rewrite of this page using the info previously provided, plus anything that comes to mind. It's currently all over the place and many things could be restated more cleanly.
And I'm afraid this requires taking a hatchet to the strangling vine that is Frank Grimes. I understand that his entry was moved here because a one-episode character didn't require his own page and I agree with that. But he also doesn't require the massive entry that remains on this page.
Thoughts are welcome, and the Page History can be checked if anything is accidentally omitted.

Vandalism?
[edit]I deleted the text "also another unknown friend of lenny and carl is faggot E faggson a gay who was forced out of springfield due to the fact he was caught having sexual intercourse with a chicken". If I have happened to miss that episode, put it back, but please, do so matching the style of the rest of the article. Osquar F 20:09, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Smithers sexual orientation is controversial? Someone hasn't been watching the series. DJ Clayworth 17:44, 10 Mar 2004 (UTC)
- It has been for a time at the beginning, but some unambiguous events confirmed that in following episodes ;)

Fair use
[edit]I'm trying to understand how this "fair use" thing works. From what I've read, I get the impression it might be a bit dodgy having more than one picture in such high resolution on this article. Can anyone else comment please? Thanks, --Rebroad 17:20, 1 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Karl?
[edit]Shouldn't reference be made to Karl, Homer's secretary during ep.7F02? Giving the relevance of some of the other employees listed, his absence is confusing.
SNPP
[edit]Should it be mentioned that the fansite at the Simpson's Archive is derived from the power plants name (snpp.com). Obvioulsy, it's normaly irrelevant, but snpp.com is a rather important site as far as fan sites go.
The image
[edit]...doesn't look like it is actually from a Simpson's episode. It looks like it was drawn in MS Paint. If we are going to use a fair use image it better be of the original, not a derivative. --24.147.86.187 21:30, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
Any reason we need a SNPP Workers page?
[edit]Earlier today someone created an SNPP Workers page, moving the Charlie and Mindy Simmons entries from their respective pages (I've since put them back), and adding entries for Homer, Carl and Lenny (though these entries do nothing more than link back to each character's respective page). Further, there are no entries for Burns, Smithers, or anyone else. Personally I don't see why this page needs to exist, considering Springfield Nuclear Power Plant already lists all employees and associates. Anyone else have any thoughts on this? -FeralDruid 17:39, 20 June 2007 (UTC)

Bangalore Nuclear Power Plant
[edit]The outsourcing of SNPP and the result, BNPP, are not even mentioned on the article. Shouldn't they be included? .:Alex:. 20:39, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Eugene Fisk
[edit]Eugene Fisk and the supervisor seen in Homer's Odyssey (Sherri and Terri's father) cannot be the same person. Fisk was getting married in Homer's Night Out. --Jnelson09 19:49, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
Smitty
[edit]In the DVD commentary for "Burns Verkaufen der Kraftwerk", the producers seemed to say that Smitty was a SNPP worker who had appeared in a few early episodes but has not appeared since. For curiosity sake, does anyone else know if he appeared in other episodes? Rhino131 (talk) 03:24, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
